We recently got divinely connected with Alex and 30 children in Uganda who are family by faith, not blood. They are facing eviction and need our help now. Some stories begin in loss and become the very ground where love and miracles takes root.

Alex lost his parents at 12 years old. Raised by his grandmother, he knew early what it meant to go without. But instead of letting that wound close inward, he opened his home. Today, Alex and nearly 30 children in Uganda live as family, not by blood, but by the kind of bond that only God can weave. He calls them his siblings. They call it home.

That home is now under threat of eviction.

The needs are real and urgent: food, shelter, education, healthcare, Bibles, clothing. Operation Uganda sponsors over 1,300 children in the region, but many still fall through the cracks and Alex stands in that gap daily, tirelessly, faithfully.

A pastor from America had planned to purchase land and secure their future. He went home to be with the Lord before that dream was realized. What remains is a community of children who still need a place to belong.

This is where we come in.

The House of Elikai was built on one truth: from the origin, we have been called to care for His creations. Through a God-ordained connection on Social Media, Alex found his way to us and we believe that was no accident. What began as a conversation became a calling.

And now, we are going further by answering the call to be present with future plans to open up travel to Uganda for the Elikai Tribe, and to pour love into this family in person.
